Exclusively bottled in select vintages, the 2019 ThS Cabernet Sauvignon is a four-barrel blend of the finest fruit from our Mount Veeder estate. On the forefront, the 2019 bottling offers notes of crushed blackberry, black cherry and rich currant as notes of cassis, cocoa, and coffee give structure on the palate. This fine-grained expression of Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 22 months in barrel, allowing the wine to soften and showcase velvety tannins on the finish.
