Tasting Notes

Our 2018 Estate Cuvée explores the art of blending. As 2018 was a cooler vintage producing Cabernet Sauvignon with even more structure, are used to add fruit and spice tones, while Petite Sirah and Malbec offer darker pie-filling fruit with lifted floral notes creating a wine of immediate pleasure, finishing with round tannin and bright length.
